DeKalb County Special Purpose Home Repair Program

Deadline: Feb. 27, 2026, at 3 PM

Program Summary: This program assists DeKalb County homeowners who are seniors (62+) or disabled adults (21+) with critical home repairs. It focuses on addressing essential systems to ensure homes remain safe and habitable.

  • Income Limit: Household income must be at or below 60% AMI.
  • Property Type: Limited to single-family detached homes in DeKalb County.
