The purpose of the financial audit reports is to provide the Mayor, City Council, management, staff, the public and other interested parties with detailed information reflecting the City's financial condition.
We believe the data is accurate in all material respects and is presented in a manner that fairly sets forth our financial position. We also believe all disclosures necessary to enable the reader to gain an understanding of the City's financial affairs have been included.
