The City of Stonecrest is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of "Hey Stonecrest," our brand-new official city app! Designed with our residents in mind, Hey Stonecrest will revolutionize how you connect with the City and access vital information.

With Hey Stonecrest, you'll have instant access to a wide range of city services, real-time alerts, the latest news, and much more, all conveniently located on your smartphone.

We understand the importance of timely and accessible information, and this app is our commitment to putting "Your City at Your Fingertips."

Stay tuned for the official release of Hey Stonecrest on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are working diligently to bring you this invaluable tool that will enhance your engagement with the City of Stonecrest.

CodeRED

CodeRED is a free emergency notification service provided to all residents and businesses within DeKalb County that will notify you of emergency information through phone calls, text messages, emails, and the CodeRED Mobile Alert app. The system will be used to keep you informed of local events that may immediately impact your safety. As a local resident or business owner, DeKalb Emergency Management Agency (DEMA), encourages you to take action and register your cell phone for this service and verify your location to receive targeted notifications that directly impact your home or business.

The CodeRED system will be used to send critical and time-sensitive communications such as:

  • Boil Water Notices
  • Power outages
  • Chemical spills and HAZMAT incidents
  • Viral outbreaks
  • Evacuation notices
  • Missing children and persons
  • Boil water notices
  • Power outages
  • Severe weather
  • Policy activity and updates

Nixle Alert

Nixle is a Community Information Service dedicated to helping you stay connected to the information that matters most to you, depending on your physical location. Stonecrest residents can stay connected to the Dekalb Police Department, local community agencies and organizations, and important information from other locations throughout the country that are relevant to you. Sign up to be alerted about 

  • severe weather warnings
  • evacuation notices
  • bio-terrorism alerts
  • boil water notices
  • missing child alerts
