Stonecrest residents and business owners are invited to take a closer look “behind the seal” into the inner workings of the City. Open enrollment runs from Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, through Friday, March 14, 2025. The class size is limited to 30 participants.

The Stonecrest Citizens Academy consists of six sessions. Sessions will be held on Thursdays from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The final required session to attend will be held on Monday, April 28, at the City Council meeting.

Stonecrest Citizens Academy (SCA), is designed to inform residents about their local government, including the roles and services provided by the City of Stonecrest. Candidates will learn firsthand from City employees and get a behind-the-scenes look at how Stonecrest's government operates.

The focus of the Citizens Academy is to educate residents and business owners on how the City’s operations contribute to improving the quality of life throughout Stonecrest.
