Mayor Jason Lary authorized a Stonecrest, minority contractor to replace a damaged fence near Walmart (Panola & Fairington Roads). This repair improved safety by reestablishing the barrier between I-20 and Fairington Rd and removed blight associated with the long-standing toppled fence.
